Getting a quote or making a booking request couldn’t be easier. Either email us at:
bookings@airportcarsstalbans.co.uk or book by phone on 07861 661864 for advance bookings. Note that bookings cannot be confirmed by email alone. If inquiring by email, please ring us as soon as possible to obtain a reference number for your booking.
Our driver will meet you at the customs arrival terminal. He / She will be holding a distinctive, visible, notice board clearly displaying the booking contact name. You will then be escorted to a conveniently parked vehicle and driven to your destination. Whilst traveling always keep our office telephone number to hand. In the event that any difficulty is experienced meeting with your driver, please call our office telephone number – 01727 833558.
We will check your flight and arrival times. Regardless of late or even early arrival, your driver will be there!
No charge will be incurred for waiting due to late flight arrivals or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the customers. A charge of £20 will only be levied for our drivers specifically being requested to wait.
Cash payments made to driver in £ Sterling (gratuities optional). Credit card facility available on request.
We are more than happy to purchase items such as flowers, beverages or basic groceries for your journey at near cost price. Please phone for details.
