Which towns do you you pickup and drop off from?
We are able to pick you up and drop you off to from anywhere in Hertfordshire, with our most frequent destinations in St Albans, Harpenden, Wheathampstead, Hatfield, Redbourne, Welwyn Garden City.
How do I make a booking?
Getting a quote or making a booking request couldn’t be easier. Either email us at:
bookings@airportcarsstalbans.co.uk or book by phone on 01727 833 558 for advance bookings. Note that bookings cannot be confirmed by email alone. If inquiring by email, please ring us as soon as possible to obtain a reference number for your booking.
How do I meet my driver?
Our driver will meet you at the customs arrival terminal. He / She will be holding a distinctive, visible, notice board clearly displaying the booking contact name. You will then be escorted to a conveniently parked vehicle and driven to your destination. Whilst travelling always keep our office telephone number to hand. In the event that any difficulty is experienced meeting with your driver, please call us on – 01727 833 558.
What happens if my flight is late?
We will check your flight and arrival times. Regardless of late or even early arrival, your driver will be there!
Is there a charge for waiting time?
No charge will be incurred for waiting due to late flight arrivals or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the customers. A charge of £20 will only be levied for our drivers specifically being requested to wait.
How do I pay for my journey?
Cash payments made to driver in £ Sterling (gratuities optional). Credit card facility available on request.

We are more than happy to purchase items such as flowers, beverages or basic groceries for your journey at near cost price. Please phone for details.
